INSTRUCTOR BIOS
Diana Watson
Diana is the owner and operator of Room to Move Fitness, the big boss if you will, but don’t call her that, cause she prefers to be thought of as "one of the gang."
She lives in Port Coquitlam, and works during the day as an accounting manager for another Port Coquitlam based company.
Owner of Room to Move Dance & Fitness since February 2012.
Will be seen teaching cardio dance, stretch, hula-hooping, dance choreo, bellydance, Jumping®, pole dance and flying stretch.
She loves pink and sparkles, and anything with sugar.
Diana has scoliosis and had to have steel rods put in her back at the age of 14. This does not stop her from doing everything she wants to do, and some things she shouldn't! She was more recently diagnosed with M.S., her motto is "If I can do it, YOU can do it" and she tries to encourage other women to push themselves to achieve their goals too.

Christine Rahime
|
Christine is a fitness instructor, and was trained in pole fitness by Aradia Fitness. She can be found teaching chair fit, bootycamp, ass class, strength & sculpt and Jumping®. She is best known for pushing people past their limits, or being extra hard-core after being away. (or when one of the other instructors/students gives her a treat before a class) lol She loves hair and makeup, and adventuring with her husband. (and now their doggo) Don't let her 'cute' exterior fool you though, she'll kick your butt and not even break a sweat. |
