Room to Move Dance and Fitness is a boutique / specialty fitness studio, offering pole dance, unique fitness classes & fun dance workouts for women. 
We specialize in pole fitness, (pole dance, or vertical fitness if you like) But also offer a wide range of other types of fitness & dance classes. 

At Room to Move, we strive to empower women by providing a community where they can gain confidence, improve health, and increase fitness through strength training and movement. (and of course build friendships within the great community of women we have coming!)

For pole classes, we try to make sure everyone gets their own pole. Classes are progressive, so students are always improving in skill and technique. All our fitness classes follow BCRPA standards on proper warm-ups, cool-downs  and stretching.

We offer private bookings for Birthdays, Stagette parties, Team Building events or just a Girls Night Out. 
We host a wide variety of workshops with in-house instructors, and outside instructors. Workshops run for everything from Pole, to Belly Dance, Lapdance, Dance Choreo & Burlesque to Hoop Dance and Aerial arts!
