Jumping® is performed on individual trampolines. The basis of the class is the variously challenging combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints, balance and strength aspects and stretching as well. On the trampoline, these combinations become not only fun, but also a very efficient method of strengthening without causing impact on the knees.

Trampoline rental fee for regular fitness punch card = $3 / class

At Room to Move, we believe that health and well-being goes deeper than just being physically fit.
Everyone has health struggles in this day and age because we are constantly being bombarded by chemicals, EMF, radiation and other things that are processed into our food and skin care products.
Health concerns hit home for Diana, because she has already been diagnosed with M.S., and is doing everything in her power to stave that off for as long as possible.
RTM has teamed up with Cranberry Lane in Poco to bring a 3 part workshop series for those interested in learning about some alternative ways to get well, or stop potential illnesses before they become a problem.
Since there will be a lot of information in this workshop, we broke it out into 3 weeks.
Each week we will come to the studio and participate in a 45 minute fitness class with Diana Watson. (Zumba®, Jumping® circuit, Stretch)
After the class, we will get to learn something from our guest speakers:
Tamara Butler - Energy Healer July 5th
Patrica Dominguez - Holistic Nutritionist July 12th
Steve Tyers - Bio Energetic Therapist July 19th
There will be an opportunity to ask some questions, and then we will make a product that you can take home.
Tamar Hall from Cranberry Lane will show us how to make natural toothpaste, a rejuvenating salt scrub, and an aromatherapy healing body oil, while explaining the benefits of natural products.
Both men and women are welcome at this event, although you need to be 18+ to register without a parent or guardian also attending.
The workshop series is $75+GST, (for a value of $150+) per person, and because there is limited space available, the registration deadline is ________. E-mail [email protected] to reserve your spot.
**partial proceeds will be donated to a local charity that will be announced later.
If you have specific health concerns, or if you have things that you do that you would like to share with the group, there will be opportunities to chat and share as the workshop goes on.
